Fragapane^® has its industrial plant located in Villa Nueva, Guaymallén, Province of Mendoza, Argentina, and its facilities are equipped with the latest technology, where modern production techniques, processing and packaging are used.

The company has two main areas of operations; one for olives and the other for prunes.

Processing plant for preserved olives, equipped with selection, pitting and slicing lines for olives. It has an installed capacity of 1,500 tons per year, where green olives, pitted olives and sliced olives are processed.

Prunes processing plant with an installed capacity of 1,000 tons per year, equipped with a Californian oven drying system and a tenderizing line and pitters where pitted and unpitted prunes are processed.

Fragapane^® integrates all processes autonomously with its own crop, company trucks to transport raw materials and for goods delivery, processing plant and warehouses for foodstuff storage, trained staff and management which allows the traceability of entire processes and achieves the high quality standards set for all our products, guaranteeing quality, stocks and deliveries for our customers.
